Whether you're crossing the Atlantic or simply the Sagamore Bridge , we are thrilled that you'll be joining us in Chatham for a fun-filled and special weekend.  Since there are so many accommodation options in and around Chatham , we thought we'd share some of our scouting information with you to help narrow down the choices.  Please note that, as we are not holding the wedding in a hotel, we have not reserved any blocks of rooms anywhere.  However, there are many good choices... Just ask either one of us if you want insider information on a particular location.

To assist you with your accommodation selection, we have selected the following locations are broken down into loose price categories: moderate, expensive and very expensive. Please remember that these are Chatham peak season rates.

Moderate Accommodations

Chatham Antiques’ Guest Rooms $95-$125
1409 Main Street
508-945-1660
chathamantiques@verizon.net

Night minimum: 2
Restrictions: No pets, No smoking
Comments: This is by far the best deal around! A friendly husband and wife-owned antique shop is on the lower level of this historic house. They live in another part of the house and only have two guest rooms/suites available. One is a suite on 2 floors with a living room (with a pull-out sofa to sleep 2) and deck. Each recently renovated room has its own entry and private bath. Note that it is located on a main road – so don't expect to sleep too late in the mornings. It's a 2.6-mile drive to the house…1.5 miles to the center of town...and 2.3 to Light House Beach. These rooms will go fast...
Chatham Highlander $130-155

Night minimum: Please ask
Restrictions: None
Comments:
This is a fairly basic motel – not much charm – but it does the trick.  You would want to drive to the house, which is1.8 miles away, but it's less than a mile to the heart of downtown Chatham .
Carriage House Inn $170-$195
407 Old Harbor Road
508 945 4688 / 800 355 8868

Night minimum: 3 (but may vary, so please ask)
Restrictions: children 12 or older / no pets
Comments: Just ½ mile from the house and just under 1mile to the center of town, this Inn was recently bought and renovated by a nice young couple. There are only 6 rooms in the entire place so you may want to look into these sooner than later. This hotel is on the corner of two “main” roads, so the only drawback might be traffic – but no one gets up too early in the Summer in Chatham! Otherwise, it's a clean, charming place and seems to be good value. Full homemade breakfast included.

Expensive Accommodations

Cranberry Inn $195-$265
359 Main Street

Restrictions: Children 12 or older
Comments: A very charming inn with a front porch (complete with rocking chairs!) set back from Main Street in Chatham. A homey place and very well kept. Country style breakfast is included. It's within minutes of shops and restaurants, less than a 10-minute walk to Lighthouse Beach, and1.8 miles to the house (via the center of town or a slightly shorter scenic walk with rolling hills along the water.)
Old Harbor Inn $189-$279
22 Old Harbor Inn

Night minimum: 3
Restrictions: Children 12 or older / no pets
Comments: Charming B&B with very friendly owners and a nice garden. The rooms are very homey and
are all in one house. Location is 1.2 miles from the house and is very convenient to Main Street and Oyster Pond. Lighthouse beach is a little further walk. Hot breakfast included daily as well as a stocked fridge with complimentary snacks and drinks for guests!
A Little Inn on Pleasant Bay $175-$275
654 South Orleans Road, Orleans
508 255 0780

Night minimum: 2
Comments: You'll need a car to get to and from this Little Inn, but the 5.5 mile coastal drive to the house
or to Chatham´s Main Street is worth it. European breakfast, sherry hour, ocean views, and Nantucket style décor are all part of the package. The Inn is set back from a main road, so morning traffic may wake you up if the fabulous sunrise doesn't get you first.
The Dolphin of Chatham $174-$290
352 Main Street

Night minimum: 2 or 3
Comments: If you're looking for a pretty basic hotel/motel – this is the place to go. Not much charm and standard rooms, but central location in town and 1.8 miles to the house. There are a variety of rooms including 4-person suites which make it more economical. Full continental breakfast included.
Wayside Inn $195-$415
352 Main Street
508 945 5550

Night minimum: 2
Comments: About as central a location on Main Street as they come. Hotel has been completely renovated in phases – so rooms are new and clean, but some lack charm. The Wayside is next to the Park – note that there is a Band Concert on Friday nights in the park, which shouldn't affect sleeping as it ends by 9/9:30pm! It also has a pool and is adjacent to the Town golf course. Only 1.5 miles to the house.
Bradford Inn $195-$425
26 Cross Street
508 945 1030

Night minimum: 2
Restrictions: Children 12 or older / no pets
Comments: Good location in the center of Town and 1.5 miles from the house. A complex of guest houses with porches and a heated pool. New construction lacks some of the charm of other places in Chatham.
The Queen Anne $194-$335
70 Queen Anne Road
508 945 0394 / 800 545 INNS
info@queenanneinn.com

Comments: Historic quirky hotel which is somewhat tired and antiquated. 1.5 miles to the house, but very
close to Chatham’s Main Street and Oyster Pond (with a small beach.) Full continental breakfast included.

Comments:This is Chatham’s quintessential Inn… and it's a scenic 1.3 miles from the house! One of Cape Coeds landmarks, the main 1914 building has graced many an historic postcard over time and still sits atop its perch overlooking Pleasant Bay and the open Atlantic Ocean. It has grown to include 34 luxurious Cape-style cottages sprinkled throughout 25-acres of beautifully landscaped grounds… however, you could be looking at a minimum 5-night stay, which is fine as long as you have the time and money!
Wequasset Inn $415-$1200

Comments: You can't beat the prime waterfront location of this charming, historic inn. However, these rooms get booked well in advance. If you like this one but don't want to pay their prices, try A Little Inn on Pleasant Bay.
